What does customer service mean to you?
One of the greatest parts of this job is being able to see the proverbial ‘lightbulb’ go off. Seeing a customer or client give the organic 'end-goal' reaction, where an idea just came to fruition is an incredibly reward experience
What has been your most memorable client experience at Red Moon?
A summer spent promoting Southern Comfort for Brown Forman on the Oddball Comedy Festival. We had a 40x40 activation where we got to interact with an incredibly fun crowd each weekend, as well as hang out back stage with Amy Schumer, Nick Kroll, and Anthony Jeselnik. The tour had 18 stops across the US and a couple co-workers and I got to spend 5 days traveling in California, a first for me.
Hobbies outside of work:
Snowboarding, skiing, pickup basketball (huge Knicks fan), fantasy sports/sports analytics, hiking, and trying both new food and music.
Favorite quote:
"Life’s barely long enough to get good at one thing, so be careful what you get good at."
Favorite food:
Any meal accented by Vermont Maple Syrup
Favorite book:
The Signal and the Noise by Nate Silver
Favorite music:
Alternative/Electronic, Indie Rap
What is your most memorable travel experience?
Hiking and exploring New Hampshire with co-worker Davontay Brown on the Huber Account, or traveling the Pacific Coast, driving up the 1 in CA, and visiting a friend in Oregon which included shredding Mt. Hood.
Work, etc.
Originally from New York/Vermont I am a bit of a vagabond. I went to the University of South Carolina for Sport and Entertainment Management, and my work resume includes the London 2012 Olympic games, in Boston, Jay Peak Resort in Vermont, and now Red Moon.
