Defining the parameters of excellent service, and then meeting those expectations at all times and exceeding expectations when possible.
What has been your most memorable client experience at Red Moon?
Dropping by the Charlotte NHRA event and stopping in to see the Mello Yello set-up. I was amazed at the execution level, and then talked with the client at length and heard from him about his respect and admiration for Red Moon Marketing.
Hobbies outside of work:
Travel, playing with the dogs (two labs), yard work, pool (billiards)

Born and raised in Cincinnati. Attended Miami University (the one in Ohio) with a B.S. in Marketing. Moved to North Carolina in 1984 (and here to stay). Worked for (and with) Coca-Cola in various capacities for most of my career.
