What does customer service mean to you?
Customer service not only means fulfilling the needs of your client but going above and beyond expectations and really taking the opportunity to build a relationship with them.
What has been your most memorable client experience at Red Moon?
While working on the Harris Teeter’s Together in Education Program, I visited many elementary schools which gave me the opportunity to introduce this great program to the staff and interact with the children which was a blast.
Hobbies outside of work:
I enjoy spending time with my friends and family especially my young nieces and nephew. I also enjoy reading, watching movies and going to concerts.
Favorite food:
My favorite candy is Twix.
Favorite book:
One of my guilty pleasures is sitting down with a good Nicholas Sparks novel; one of my favorites is 'Dear John'.
Favorite music:
I enjoy listening to different types of music especially if it’s live, but my favorite is country music.
What is your most memorable travel experience?
Nashville, TN is one of my favorite places to visit and I had the opportunity to have an exciting get-away weekend with some of my best girlfriends.
Work, etc.
I am originally from Brevard, NC. I moved to Charlotte to attend the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I received my degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. I was introduced to Red Moon Marketing through my internship in the spring of 2009. I had such an amazing experience that I continued to work on a part-time basis until I had the opportunity to join the team full-time in 2010.
